In Memoriam

Terry T. Bromell (March 11, 1944 - May 10, 2019) started working in the insurance industry for Commercial Union Assurance Companies upon graduating from Louisiana Tech University. He held several positions for Commercial Union, including Marketing Representative, Branch Manager for the Philippines, and Regional Claims Manager for Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. He had over eight years experience as a claims handler. In 1983, Terry decided to open Bromell Agency, Inc. in Ruston, LA. Shortly thereafter, an office was opened in Shreveport, LA.

When Terry decided to open Bromell Agency, Inc. he wanted to make it something special. This is why the agency is a family owned and operated independent insurance agency. Terry was one of the owners of Bromell until his passing in 2019. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of both El Karubah and Barak Shrine Temples.
